IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate and current personal information, including delivery address and contact details. Once an order is dispatched, address details cannot be altered. If an order is returned due to incorrect information, the customer will incur the standard postage rate for reshipment.

JENROHÉ is not liable for items once they have left our premises. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone can sign for and receive the parcel, especially if you anticipate being unavailable during delivery hours.
